3D printing: reverse-engineering

3D printing: reverse-engineering

Dear friends!

Let’s go "back to the future" of 3D printing with new speaker of 3D Print Expo Conference - Alla Aspidova.

On February 13-14 ECC "Sokolniki" (Moscow) will host a conference held in the framework of Russia's first exhibition of advanced 3D printing and 3D scanning technology - 3D Print Expo. Conference will bring together well-known scientists, experts, developers, vendors, and everybody interested in development of new technologies.

Our special guest Alla Aspidova of Consistent Software Distribution will hold a master class on "Reverse-engineering for dummies", exploring the basics of 3D printing.

Reverse-engineering is reverse product development; its aim is to get to know the way it was designed, its operation concept and evaluate the possibility of creating analogue.

Participants of the workshop will see operating concepts of different 3D scanners and will scan the room with audience in real-time mode. This will provide an opportunity to get 3D models in the form of cloud, based on which visitors will learn how one can further build improved 3D models and print them on 3D scanners.

Learn about revolutionary technology that will change this century in the nearest future.
