Stacker, 3D printer with separate printheads, started receiving orders

Stacker, the US-based company, started receiving orders for a large-format 3D printer Stacker S2 equipped with two separate printheads.

The Stacker model is similar to Sigma 3D printer by the Spanish manufacturer BCN3D, however it has a slightly simplified design. Just like its counterpart, the device can print using two different filaments, and when the heads are diverged in different directions it is able to print two models simultaneously. If necessary, one head can be removed. This will increase the operation space of the 3D printer to 395 × 325 × 525 mm.

The device has an open camera and a heated platform with a BuildTak coating. This way the 3D printer allows you to work with a wide range of materials. Extruders make it possible to install different hot ends with nozzles having a diameter of 0.25-1 mm.

Stacker representatives claim that their new model is universal and can print high-quality objects. Currently, you can buy Stacker S2 on Kickstarter for $ 5495. Later the cost of the 3D printer will increase to $ 7,495. Supplies will start this summer.
