3D Print Expo 2019: How to Find the Event Venue?
On October 4 and 5, 3D Print Expo dedicated to advanced 3D printing and scanning technologies will take place in Moscow. The event will feature industry leaders and new market players. They will present the latest developments and achievements in the field of 3D printing. Leading experts of the Russian and international companies, representatives of state agencies will tell the audience about the advantages and prospects of additive technologies.
Event venue and time
The event will take place at the Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre located at the following address: 5-iy Luchevoy prosek 5A, building 4, pavilion 2.
Open hours:
October 4 – from 11:00 to 19:00
October 5 – from 11:00 to 18:00
The registration of attendees will start at 10:00.
Russian is the official language of the event.
Schedule of workshops
The exhibition will offer a series of workshops. Guests will learn to 3D print items and use CNC machines.
Workshops on 3D modeling, 3D printing, and 3D scanning will take place on October 4. Lessons for newbies will run from 10:00 to 14:00. Lessons for advanced users will run from 15:00 to 19:00. The registration to workshops will start at 09:30.
The workshop on CNC cutting and 3D printing will take place on October 5 from 13:00 to 18:00.
How to find the exhibition?
For pedestrians
If you plan to use public transport, the most convenient option is the underground. The venue is located near Sokolniki metro station (red line).
You can build your route as follows. After leaving the metro, cross Sokolniki Square in the direction of Sokolniki Park. When you enter the park, go straight along the alley. When you reach the Sokolniki Krug (Sokolniki Circle Drive), follow any alley toward Fontannaya (Fountain) Square. Bypass the fountain and keep going straight. Turn right at the road circuit and go toward 5-iy Luchevoy prosek. Keep going straight to pavilion 2.
For car owners
Those who want to drive by car can enter the territory of ECC Sokolniki through 3-iy Luchevoy prosek. The park entrance is fee-based.
You will be able to leave your car on the specially equipped parking lots located near the exhibition pavilions. Parking will cost 400 rubles on October 4 and 500 rubles on October 5.
Tickets to event
Tickets to the exhibition are available on the official website of the event or at the venue.
To access the event, students must carry a student card and pupils – an identity card.
