New Workshops at 3D Print Expo: Milling and Working With PICASO Designer X PRO
We’re expanding the list of our workshops that you can participate in! Don’t miss four hours of exciting CNC Equipment and 3D printing practice from Roland DG and PICASO 3D companies.
Roland DG will conduct a Prototyping technologies workshop that will last tree hours. At the activity, you’ll learn to design a 3D model, adjust a CNC program in the CAM module and perform milling on Roland MDX-540, MDX-50 and SRM-20 equipment.
Also, you’ll have a chance to join the workshop “3D education – solving applied tasks using a Designer X PRO 3D printer” from PICASO 3D company. At the first part of activities, you’ll learn more about the basics of additive manufacturing and its application fields. The second part features introduction to Designer X PRO 3D printer and its slicer program Polygon X.
Learning and practice will be supervised by the experts from Roland DG and Picaso 3D. At the workshops, you’ll be able to:
- create a 3D modelled detail in Autodesk Fusion 360;
- set up a CNC program in the CAM module;
- perform milling and 3D printing of the designed model;
- find out about the peculiarities of PICASO Designer X PRO 3D printer, slicer program Polygon X and Roland SRM-20 milling machine.
The joined milling and 3D printing workshop “Modern digital production” for new users will take place as part of 3D Print Expo on October 5. It will feature two groups – basic and advanced level, and the ticket at the advanced purchase will cost 4000 RUB.
